1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we will gladly accept returns or offer a refund/replacement in the following cases:
The product was damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
Your order was incomplete or defective
To be eligible for a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start the process, email us at support@marrakechblm.com with:
Your full name and order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos (if applicable, such as damage or wrong item)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Replacements
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. You do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
